Yeah. Just seemed like it had drifted a bit off topic on to server capabilities. All very interesting. Really I was just trying to find out id there were any card servers about for cable before I converted my dm600 over to satellite. Out of interest is it not possible to pull the server info off a working star view or kryptview?

Not sure how much info I can give regarding this matter

but i can tell you one thing is that DMboxes can be used on cable c/s.

there is a person who has got it up and running and is charging around 20 - 30gbp p/m

Yes, there's no technical difference between Sat CS and cable CS. They do exactly the same thing using exactly the same protocols.

Rather expensive but at least someone has had the gumption to sort it out !
