dreambox flash bin images

hi all i recently flashed my fathers dreambox using dream up and it was fine so i have just tried loading an image that i got from this site but now i cant do it and my screen is blank now when im in the dreamup programme ive noticed its saying flash dream bin files but my images are rar files can anyone tell me how toset the dreambox up 2 read rar plz

You need to dl winrar and uncompress the file.

Then you will be able to upload it to the DB
