I am trying to download something off the forum and I don`t have access yet. I have 14 posts but I believe that after 5 posts I should have been able to download. Not sure if it is something wrong with my account or I don`t have the 5 useful posts yet.
Account looks normal but doesn't seem to have been promoted (automatically) after the post and time restrictions. I've not manually edited it yet but see if is any different now.
If not we will look into it again but in case it is something to do with the forum upgrade I haven't meddled too much yet.
