yours isn't available from serial
you need to read eeprom and post dump here for code

I have laptop, but do I need special software to read this eeprom and also with what type of cable do I need to connect it with..?

You will need a eeprom programmer

The Soic8 clip is used for clipping onto the eeprom chip , so you don't have to lift it

Forget that programmer, there is a fix for it as it's kicking out 5 Vol on the data line and should be 3.2 and people are blowing chips

serial is not in my database
I'm afraid only way is to read eeprom and get bin file or take to radio service (you may get it from serial from internet dealers)

Oh ok?
But how do the only comericial services do that? If I look on serveral homepages it seems that they just need the serial number to give out a code? Do they just rip off the customers or do they have another source?
