downgrade from cr2 to cr1

i want to downgrade my cr2 software to cr1 on a ditv 2000 box so i can retrieve the bk. any ideas?

steve9218 you don't need to change software to get bk,if you got original card see if it is open or try database(doubt it)or the lift atty's.iam sure iam right on this one.........

@ steve9218 - you won't get the bk this way, and I don't think there's a voltmeter method for a 2000 - I'd agree with stevo on this one, it's the card or the attys

If using AutoBouquets, you will have to use the Cable as well as 28.2 versions.

You would be better off using AutoBouquetsMaker as that does both and more.

Had to think back on this one but it was the voltmeter method. Had to solder a couple of wires to short the ram board and then read 32? voltages and convert to hexadecimal to get the bk.
Still got all my gear from them glorious days. Anybody wanna buy a glitcher, phoenix programmer and an led simm?? :proud:
