Down since new style menu

: maggie : I have been using a pace 4000n for nearly 1.5 years with no probs all chans etc and it has stopped working(when i turn it on i get nit then after about 2 minutes i get your setop box is currently experiencing difficulties please turn your setop box off and try again (err 1014))

i also have 2 other subbed boxes wich have changed to the new blue menu.

ive tried plugging/unplugging box to cable feed of the other 2 subbed boxes but still same
im in the 41050 area freq 666.750

my 4000n hasnt worked since last week

can anyone help me please

make sure you note the net id and frequency, and pull the re jumper in the box, reset the net id using libby and try again doing a force update 4321 method.

:Cheers: Thanks Highlander,problem now sorted i reset net id with libby and did the force reset and she fired up perfectly.
