A few months ago i phoned our council for a dog bin to be put outside my friends house they gladley agreed and done it within a couple of weeks,Yesterday she got a new lamp post the guys would not take it off and put it on the new post it's only a couple of black straps so i phoned the same department and the woman went off her head saying these things cost money she said she would fix it now, I like her a few more people like that and my council tax bill might come down .
