Just got back from town centre. Only visited Iceland which only had a few customers. Wasn't happy to see a couple with their 2 kids in there. Surely the Dad could have stayed outside with the kids.
The town looked pretty deserted but there isn't too many places open there, the main Supermarkets are on the edges of the town centre.

someone just told me half the area has this shit, the jungle drums. i was starting to get a bit suspicious because i dont know anyone who has it or know anyone who knows anyone who had it. ill take it easy as long as i have to but am not isolating or lock down like am ment to i cant do that its impossible for me am a carer for someone with very poor mobility and the things i shop for arent essentials either but would be there anyway.
what was the problem with people going to their holiday homes? as long as they get outta the car and go striaght in the house how would it be a problem? when i seen the locals from those holiday town on the telly slabbering and harrassing people i just thought to meself, what a pack of twats. they be bloody crying if them people never came back again
also whats the craic with these garden centres? why is it so important to get those open in a hurry?

Can't fault her as she as young kids.
Asda,safeway and iceland have me on there vunerable list,,,,,,shame we shop at Morrisons.
Asda as been great though,free delivery and witheld from the mainstream shopping slots..

i hope ur able to manage alright with out her bob, been a long few weeks am restless as hell you would think i had a brilliant social life but id only be sitting in my friends living room doing the same shit am doing at home. if you are on a lockdown and not leaving home could there still be a danger for her in some way? i heard on the radio the other day some fella saying this would be as bad for vulnerable people to catch as ebola lol. i thought wtf they just making shit up now to panic people. my suspicions were raised big time.

not too bad mate just a bit stressed but am sure a lot of others are in the same boat, just trying to think to myself a few months is nothing compare to the long term, am still young enough man lol dont wanna go out too soon but even the thought of it being possible that i might be the cause of someone else dying for no reason of their own is enough to keep he at home as much as possible
The problem with holiday homes are that the publicised ones such as Gordon Ramsay have left London, which had a high infection rate, and went to a rural area which had a low infection rate. The locals are worried that a large influx of people doing exactly the same are putting them at more risk of infection.
Then you have other's like the SNP woman who was going back and forth so was definitely putting the rural retreat at more risk.
yeah it doesnt make a lot of sense to me to drive somewhere and then just stay in ur home or garden in that place but just going and staying on their own property which i thought most people would do wouldnt be a problem, i thought it was well out of order the cops stopping people crossing into donegal a few weeks ago. if they are gonna fk about then its understandable. what about the garden centre thing any idea whats so important about that.
actually now it came to me after all this time allthough i wasnt thinking about it for that amount of time. even if they wanted to walk about etc, as long as they are social distanceing would it really matter if that person was a neighbour or someone who only come to town a few weeks a year. if its safe for one its the same for other they might not like the idea but this isnt north korea lol

is she staying home incase she infects you? how could there be any danger of catching it from you if you are isolating bob? is it that the kids are of school or something? my thinking is even more slower and delayed than normal tonight, that just flash in me head there all this time later lol but i was thinking it was the other way around to begin with. that a bit nosey like it had importance to me personally lol

yeah spud am thinking the worst man. it could be away next year before can chill out a bit, the sooner i get a few proper reusuable masks that protect me properly ill have a lot less stress to deal with. then i can just go into the house, bounce striaght in the shower and have nowt to worry about. thats not much help for my socialising though, id look a bit of an ejjit sitting with friends in their house with one of them big masks and then taken it off for a blast of me vapourizer or to take a drink lol
can a mask fully protect you if it can go in your eyes? not sure can handle the mask and goggles plus they get steamy af. even if i got the mask that offers the most protection there would still be no guarentee in that case would there? it can go in your eyes yeah?

We need to learn to live with this virus and be respectful to social distancing hand hygiene and self isolation discipline if symptomatic.
have been hoping real hard for the last 25-30 years that everyone knew the hand hygiene lesson, but in the back of me mind i always knew the reality, the dirty bastards were leaving their excrement particles all over the show, from ages 14/15 when i started night clubbing all weekend it didnt take long to notice, very few people ever washed their hands after using the toilets,, no one needed to be sherlock holmes to notice those clues. i didnt feel a lot of satisfaction knowing i was right about that for so long, just a little bit of it lol.
ian are you in the medical profession or science expert? are you able to explain why these so called experts are so confident of finding a vacine even over the long term? if there is no vacine for any of the previous coronavirus to infect humans. if they are able to do it with a lot more speed than they usually would, shouldnt they have been doing that since the first coronavirus infected humans? and be a lot closer to one than they are now if they put this kinda effort it when the first one emerged
i doubt most things i hear on the news. its all just as likely to be lies as it is to be the truth imo. that dont mean i dont get panicked by it though
