Yeah but if you get the same errors with that then it could be the card, at least you get to narrow down the issue.

You don't need to mess around with box key etc just get an active card and put it in the receiver and away you go, unfortunately however the dm800 cannot receive updates to the card so it will shut off, i have to keep popping it back into a neighbours official box to reactivate it

How do you reactivate the card, do you just do the New Install from the installers menu?
