dm800 bad snr

my snr max i can get is 27% i know my dish is allinged ok as when i plug my 500s in i get over 90% and i get most sats but with my dm800 i can only get a few sats and snr is bad ive tried a couple of different images but all the same could it be my lnb and would i need a better one for the hd receiver

still fixing bugs i think thats why you get the low snr but its ok you will still be able to get sats you will just have to do some manule scans here is my transponders that i used to fix the prob if you need any more let me know and ill see what i can get or you can also use lyngsat
