DM600 working DM500 not..

quick question guys.. im using neutrino version 3.0 on my DM500c and it picks up most channels but misses one or 2 like sky one and spy sports 2..

i have a DM600c in my living room (dm500 is in dining room) and it picks up all the channels so i know its not that im being affected by niagra3..

these have worked in the past so i doubt its signal issues either..

any ideas??
