dm 600, just red light on power up.

hi guys just got a call from the little bro. he was putting in a h disk and took the ribon cable to the power pannel at the front of the box by mistake and now it wont work with the remote control and just stays red .can only get one station after it is pluged in. any ideas?

If all else fails you can probably still access it from the web interface.

I had to do this with the old dbox2 when the front panel stopped working.

I'm sure devilfish will remember this 1 well as he sent me a spare IR receiver for free, what a good lad he is

thanks guys got it sorted. it was the pins on the power board there was 4 rows of pins and 5 rows of holes on the block. it was in the wrong set of holes.hope this will be of help to someone in the future.
