Im new to this scene i bought a dbox2 of ebay i just checked it states this

Display has some stripes

what the this mean? is their a cure for this problem? what would happen if i cant fix this error?

go to settings video format and change it and all gone away m8

Hi mate,

I think you are refering to the lcd display. Have a look in the helpful info sticky there is a link to repairing your LCD.

wow thanks for the fast replys mate yes im refering to the lcd m8 i will see

i hope i can fix it koz i paid £100 which i think its a lil steep (students will know)

Its not that much of a problem you don't watch the display.

Be very careful if trying to repair a stripey screen. I killed a box by being a little too heavy handed on the cutting. The processor got extremely hot and died within 30 seconds of switching on. Best leave alone unless you have done a few before.

i got experince in hardware but i better not even bother as de_deej said you dont watch the lcd lol

i am going to try only when i get the box i dont know how long it takes delivery from germany im getting ennoyed lol maybe im just soo excited... its 4 days still nothing
