Difference in latest NTL RST files

HELP Difference in latest NTL RST files

[Hi folks
trying to sort out my box & was just wondering what the difference is between the NTL 01.11.05 & 03.11.05 RST files...as keys in both are the same (reading from NCE) & having probs trying to get channels...

the key 0 is the same key 1 is diff
u wont read the keys with nce that is a diif hex
open them up in notepad line 1 and 2
key 0 is first in the lines then key 1 is next
