DI4000N rebooting - pls help

My box keeps rebooting and im not sure why.

I've read up and tried the following:
1. reset trhough removing red jumper ( then had to reset net id and all) - result ok for a while but still same problem.
2. Check used correct files - done and correct (i think anyway)

Even when I'm in eng menu it sometime reboots.

Log in eng menu says

I'd say a reboot from the eng menu is a hardware fault

I thought about that but then thought it couldnt be since this problem seems to be intermittant. At the moment, fingers crossed, i havent been having the problem....

thinking its due to low signal or something like that...
