Default Network Settings for Images.

What are the advantages of deploying/uploading images with static ips?

I would have thought a DHCP default would be more useful to more people??

Any thoughts?

very few images are compiled ready to go (thats why most are 2x or 1x but not both)

for this very reason the image when saved for uploading will have the modders ip information.

so is it possible to mod the image (I'm using commando 7.5) with my own settings so if I re-flash it I dont have to keep going in a setting all the ip addresses everytime?
