Dbox2 wont flash

Trying to flash my dbox2 but IFA keeps doing this:

Is there anyway at all to fix this and roughly how much will cost if it hardware or is my box shagged cheers

Only 16MB ram. Check the memory extension modul at your nokia box.

Does this mean one of the flash chips is faulty if so how do i know which one

The memory extension board become loose or is missing.
Your nokia version got 16 mb RAM soldered to the main board and 16 mb RAM should be at a extra memory extension board.
RAM is not flash memory.
