dbox2 pinging

Can anyone give me a quick answer on what i'm doing wrong? got the ifa running and it says pinging dbox....ok and the dbox says flashing but nothing is happening Help!

just out of curiosity mate try using new ifa2 to flash it. just with ifa2 it tells you exactly whats happening on dbox via the lcd. it's in german but very easy to understand. "ja" means yes. you can download it from here. it's in 3 parts as the upload forum wouldn't let me upload in one. let me know if it works
