Just thought I'd share this info with anyone else who has a holiday home in the Santa Pola/Gran Alicant/Guadamar/Torrevieja (probably most of the Alicante regions) areas of Esp.
I took my dbox2 over a few years ago to try to get into the UK FTA channels with only a very limited success. When the local CableTV provider went bust the box became redundant. A couple of weeks ago I thought I’d have a try to get the Spanish footie channel but when I did a scan I got all the FTA channels offered by S*y, RESULT! I’m using Andromeda2 & Evocam scanning with Chorus Bruteforce without any problems whatsoever and no broken signals early AM/late PM experienced by expats using a S*y box & 2mtr disk. I’d be interested if it works in other regions.
