Try Sporster

Try flashing your dbox with an image which runs evocam ie Sporster, just flashed my friends box and hers works perfectly, see the DBox section m8. Can't help with the Euro-vox box though!

Yes, dbox and eurovox and going off all over the place.

For dbox the solution is simple:

Update the image to either a recent sporster, one of gav's latest images, or my new enigmaX image which i've just posted. that will give you back your premium channels. Check DBOX section for more on this.

For eurobox, you are out of luck. To get the channels back you need a software update - and nobody has developed an update for it as of yet!
