At the moment, yes !
But there are problems in that you will have to scan for streams whenever you want to watch one, you have no way of knowing when a stream begins, you have no idea what is being shown on any particular stream and you have absolutely no contol over that stream (ie the stream owner can pause/ffw/frev/stop etc whenver they want)
Once rollout of vod is complete they are likely to turn session encryption on which will effectively render these streams unwatchable.
