Dbox gone off HELP !!!!

bought a dbox the other day because it was cheap and until i get me cable box working again, anyways most off the channels have just gone off sky sports, movies etc, what do i have to do to get them back on again i.e software updates and so on. Any questions you have ill answer best i can but please be patient as im a dbox noob

Restarted the box and works fine

try rebooting it m8 if that fails reflash it with an up to date image.

lol m8 its been moved to the correct room now lol
