D2B Wii chipping

Hi my daughters Wii has the following SN LEH129314569 which im led to believe is a D2b which has the legs cut.

She has asked me if I can get it modded but im a total noob when it comes to this sort of thing and have never even picked up a solder iron before.

what are my options?

do any kind peeps on here offer a supply of chip and install service?
