you can use it with newcs/cccam but you have to edit newcs.xml on this lines:
it will look like this!

<blocksa>Yes</blocksa>
<blockua>Yes</blockua>
<blockga>Yes</blockga>
I am not sure if it does work on your reciever .Give a try any way

yes they did before but many cards are on cs now .Many of them used to use a blocker to block attacks ,rest of the cards were blown!Even those in officials recievers.I am not so much into these cards but i can have look around to get some more info

thanks alot for the info belmando but i really wana know i dont want my card to be burnt, i hate changing receiver to receiver so i just wana use my card in the technomate 600,
