d/l speed on 250

hi,got a 250 with 10 mb config on,when using newsgruops such as newshosting im only getting like 332 kb/s - 400kb/s download rate through out the day.before i got rid of my 4200e i was getting around 1100 kb/s.anyone got any ideas why its dropped that much.im using grabit 1.53.
has nthell put a capp on d/l speed or something. cheers

have you got a wired or wireless connection?
I get 300-400kbs on wireless, yet 1000kbs wired. stupid internet!!

its wired m8 ,i disabled the bpi security thinkin it mite resolve it but its still the same.dunno y its so low.do you think it mite be newshosting.com,im on unlimited with them so i should be getting full d/l rate like i used too with the 4200

sorted it now,it was my port on newshosting,it was on the default port of 119 so i changed it to 8000 and im getting 1000-1200 kb/s
