No longer proper support for NVOD as this is not used in any Network in Germany !!!
SDT/NIT slimmed down (correct remove at present only with last_section =0)
EIT wakes NIT, this then wakes SDT
SDT and NIT only activ, if auto_scanning > 0
Includes removeOldEvents
