Cv Help!!

Hi all just seen a job that i want to go for and i need to email them an up to date cv and covering letter. ive been out of work for far too long and really want this chance. trouble is i am not very good at writing a cv. does anyone have a program that will help me or is there a website that lets you do free cv's. this position is a trainee manager position for a roofing suppliers over 2 years and will be fantastic if i can get it.
