West Ham have stressed manager Alan Curbishley's job is not under threat following their 4-0 defeat to fellow relegation strugglers Charlton.
Reports suggested Curbishley had been given a deadline to turn round the fortunes of the side languishing second from bottom in the Premiership.

That's a tough fixture for them, even if they go down they should still stick with Curbs because he will shape them.
