Cron timer to run script

Hi guys my iptv provider has provided me with a script to run in putty to install iptv on enigma 2 device only problem is when a change has been made to the channel line up the script needs to be run from putty again is anybody able to help me setup a cron timer so that box updates channels say once a week automatically

The script looks something like

wget http://providerurl.com/install.sh; bash install.sh

It then asks for username
Then asks for password

Then runs script
