CD & DVD Creating Auto Run VCD

Hi

I am very new to this area of technology.
I have a AVI file of shot video.
I would like to put it on the cdRom and give it to my friend to watch it.

What I would to do is, when CDRom is inserted into computer CDRom driver, movie should come up automatically.

What I have to do now to start movie is to click the avi file.


Please could you help me, how do I go achieving it.

Use this it makes avi into dvd or vcd very easily, then burn with the program of your choice.
