Thanks guys for your previous advice. How can I create a new bouquet and move the things from others to it and then hide it? Sorry, I'm new to all this and not very technically minded (and I'm a woman)!! Thanks.

How do I know sort my channels ?
.
Three Ways...
.
.
One is on the Box itself via the Remote
.
Press Dbox Key (TV on old Remotes)
Choose Service
Choose Bouquet Editor
.
The coloured buttons on the bottom of the Screen give you different Options. Via the DBOX key again you have extra Features like HIDE and LOCK.You can create new ones like Sport,Movies etc but the rest of the channels that have not been allocated into any other Bouquet will stay in andere/alle kanale. You can also move the position of a channel Up/Down.

The other way is via the Webinterface of the Box itself.
.
You type in http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (Replace the with the actual IP of the Dbox).

Normally if there is no Bouquet the channels are either in something called Andere or Alle Kanale or Others.
You can create new ones like Sport,Movies etc but the rest of the channels that have not been allocated into any other Bouquet will stay in andere/alle kanale. You can also move the position of a channel Up/Down.
.
Important at the end is save/speichern or all your changes will be lost.
.
If you are not to bothered about the channels or you just want a quick way you can press the Blue Key and the the Green Key and the actual watched channel will be dropped into a Bouquet called Favoriten. These will be the first channels in your list. This is a quick and easy way to get all your BBC's,ITV Channel 4 etc. in the lower numbers so you can just press 1 for BBC 1.
.
Third and last is via a software called Bouquet Wizard that is in English Language and can be downloaded here.
.
Hopefully no explanation needed.

m8,
here are the steps to do it by your remote control. no need to attach the PC to dbox.

. You may find all the channels are in stored in one large bouquet

called "ALL CHANNELS"

. Using the remote: DBOX > SERVICE MENU > BOUQUET EDITOR

. Press the green button to ADD BOUQUET, give it any name

eg. KIDS, SPORT, NEWS, MOVIES, etc. (whatever theme you are doing)

(type using the numbers on the remote, same idea as texting on a mobile)

. Press OK button when finished naming

stage 2 : adding channels to your bouquet
. Highlight the newly created bouquet press OK button, then green button

The whole list will be shown (alpabetically)

. Scroll down list and press OK button to add a channel into this bouquet

eg. for a SPORTS bouquet

scroll down through all the channels selecting the sports ones you want

Press OK button to select (a green dot appears next to your selection)

(pressing OK for a second time at the same spot will clear the selection)

. When finished, press HOME button

You now see the new bouquet, with all the channels you had chosen

Remember to save your custom changes (there is no button to press for this)

When you start to exit pages (using the HOME button) it will ask if you want

to save (usually press the red button to do so)

You can add as many custom bouquets as you like at any time.

If you're completely happy with your new bouquet selection,

then now would be a good time to save your settings.

To see all available bouquets(groups) press Home/ok button and then DBOX button
You may need to scroll one channel up or down for the very first Time you want to see list of bouquets.

hope this helps
