It aint gonna happen if your ntl,only ex-cw.
Did you try the bytes?in ocd?
Have you tried shorting the batt and attempting to get ird +bk with net id at 0999.
Using sdt,bke2.2 or ocd?

im in pure ntl area and have done two sammy's. no need to downgrade. i do exactly as UNDETTERRED has said. i short battery, i make sure a card is in slot (any card will do). i use bke2.2 set on jtag, i select samsung 2100 (ex c&w), config 1. just make sure ird displayed is correct (get off bottom of sammy) bk's are then displayed. hope that helps.

A piece of wire touch on each end of the battery(green varta) for a few secs.This resets net id and pin.

Have you tried reading the BK off the cards?

List the steps you have taken in full detail. Every little detail counts. What u did and wot u didnt do. And also, list the software u are using, the platform u are on (nthell, ex c&VV, smellywest etc), what card u are using, and the fact u are on cr 3.2 (right?). EVERYTHING! lolz
