corrupted usb stick data retrieve?

Hi fellas, I have a usb stick which is corrupted, is there any way to retrieve the data?

I have tried multiple programs from google searches, they can all see the lost data but they all ask for $60+ to complete the retrieval, is there anyway to do it without having to pay through the nose?

Not sure how good it is these days as its been years since I used it but it was free..... "recuva". Bet you its probably gone crap or you have to pay for the immportant parts of these days.
However the best software you need to pay for but I'm sure you may know there is ways and means to get software like this for the same price as oxygen.

EaseUS is good as it keeps the file names unlike a fair few others. Its recovered stuff for me that other programs failed to recover
