Copying Outlook 2003 folders

Got a new laptop and want to copy the private and archive folders across from my old laptop, is there an easy what to do this using a memory stick for transfer.

you need to copy your ".pst" files from this location:

C:\Documents and Settings\*your username*\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook


and copy it to the new pc and point it to the correct location using the data file management option in outlook.
