Mrs and daughter away out for the day, so decided to cook for me and my 2 grown up sons. chopped up some onions, tomatoes, peppers and a few more odds and ends. and stuck them in wok. diced some pork and added that. with a few herbs and spices salt and pepper. this cooked away nicely while I prepared the rice pot of boiling water added the rice simmered for 15 minutes. added sweet and sour sauce to the meat. drained the rice served it to plates added sweat and sour pork. tastes lovely if I do say so myself.

sons feeding there faces big time.

but I'm not fecking hungry now after doing all the work.

and to top it all off the Mrs and daughter just came in and finished it off without even asking if I had any.
