the majority of the staff ar on annual leave from the 15th - 30th m8, this may be why, or you can try 020-8884-0701

Thanks for the reply digidude.

I am having two problems. First, my tuner is randomly dissappearing. The only why to get it back is to shutdown the box for a while and then restart. I think the box is over heating.

Second, my remote is still either unresponsive or very sensitive. I had hoped the firmware updates over time would cure this, but they haven't.

I was contacting Technomate to see if I should return my box, or if they want to send me a new cover with the fan and a replecemnt remote.
