Connecting without scart

I bought a dbox last week, works fine when using a scart connection but when I try to connect it to a television without a scart socket through the tv out I cannot get a picture.
I am trying to send the signal to other rooms in the house through the coax.

Anyone any ideas.

The other coax socket on the dbox is not rf out it is just a pass through for the cable feed,to do what you want, 1 way is to scart into a video and then use rf out of that to second tv.
