connecting to tm9100 through ie explorer

hi, when i 1st got my tm9100 i could connect to it through internet explorer using the tm ip address like i do with y-web on my dbox2 cable but ive tried it today and now i cant on any of my comps does anyone have any ideas why, i cant remember changing anything that may effect it and ive checked the ip a few times and its the correct ip, im at a total loss with this one.
also i forgot to mention that i can use ftp and connect with no prob at all

Check that the ip address is on the same subnet as everything else on your network, i.e. 192.168.1.***, etc.

Check that the cable hasn't come out the back by accident.

Make sure the 'enable network' box is checked in the comms setup page.

Give the box a new ip address and use that...just incase the router has blocked it for whatever reason.

i have no trouble using ftp into the box but still im having no luck

i did a factory reset and everything seems fine
