so far so good :) yWeb working. Picture fantastic and loading time is the fastest ive seen
also its been rock solid.

Im hunting for any problems and will report back when i find one :p

Well done lads :D im a happy bunny And the other half will have to pull me away to bed at this rate!

Sagem 1x
First impressions are, very nice image guys
like the now and next info bar
picture quality top notch
Dont have to put your details in the scan menu for auto scan to work cool!
channel changing very smooth and fast.
One bug i have noticed when you go into the commando menu(blue button twice) then come out
of it back to tv
the picture goes to a small central screen with another small square screen
at the top right hand corner
the only way you can get a full picture back is to change channel a few times.
Thanks for all your hard work i wish i had the know how and the patience to
do what you peeps and all the other uk modders do for the rest of us.
will have more of a play tomorrow.
Respect to you all for your hard work.
Fergal.

I cant make that bug appear (Nokia 2xi) although the colours in the menu do change.
when pressing "dbox" the TV-mode coloured circule tuned from red to a lite blue, Radio mode turned to white, Scart-mode turns to the same blue as the backround and Games turned to yellow.

This is a known problem with the shellexec file and nothing that Commando can sort as far as I'm aware - there used to be a fix but I don't know if thats still the case; and I cant remember what the fix was anyway :) This could maybe be avoided by using an older version of shellexec, although by doing that you do loose some menu functionality.

Fergal.

If you press dbox - picture viewer - home: full size returns.

Nice image recording works fine using server with dboxwinserver, channel change smooth, gr8 picture quality....

Cheers

i hope the commando team dont mind me doing a fix for the menu colours

i know you will fix this yourselfs next time

i hope that you will not take offence

instructions for fix overwrite these files to /lib/tuxbox/plugins/

restart box and all fixed

works for me

cheers

Hi Guys,Thanks for your hard work.
Can you tell me if this image supports front row epg?

regards
paul

Wicked Job Commando team . its been running here rock solid for 9 hrs now

i do get that little problem with the reduced screeen size after pressing blue button but thats hardly the end of the world.

its recording and playing back perfect with dboxwinserver.

Hi guys,

Just flashed my nokia x2 box with this image and its fantastic, works really nice! The now and next info bar is brilliant, exactly what I was looking for!!!

The pic quality is brill as well and the box loads really fast. Epg is stable and works nicely. Only one drawback no epg for front row, any chance of adding this feature??

Brilliant work team commando keep it up

Thanks yido for the shellexec fix. Its was an annoying but irrelivant little problem.

When watching $ky Cinema 1 last night (Top Gun was on) the sound would "pop" every now and then. Aka, there would be a stop in the sound that would last milliseconds.

Im playing with it more right now and will keep you posted if i hear the "poping" on any other channels.

Just did a service scan (fast service) - Newcastle

Started at 14:28 and finished at 14:45
Found 188 Transponders
214 TV
41 Radio
32 Data

the pop-ing was the stream itself from sky, i had it on my box running pacino 2.1 and thought the same

i forgot to thank the guys for taking the time to make this image
