commando 15 help lost channel

hi all
I appear to have lost channels on my dm500 using commando 15
only seems to be mapping about 120 channels rather than the 900 odd


tried running auto bouquets and upsating the satellite.xml file but still the same.

any suggestions? ?

check your dish is ok before anything else

are u at 28.2 some time the dish move a bit if not try open pli img

Have we confirmed that the channel is still available on official receivers?

It may have ceased broadcasting.

Channel has ceased transmitting IMO. LNB faulty too and only working on one quadrant/band. Easiest way to confirm is to check at another location.

By the way Autobouquet, does not use the satellites.xml. You may wish to delete the file called “version” located at /var/etc/ and perform an online update. This will fix and issue with AB kiciking in after a conventional scan.
