Other Cloud ibox mini dead!!!!!help me

been fine and rock stable for yonks.......dead this morning.psu is still ok but box is dead....no leds or fan spinning etc


any ideas please

probs on the power board m8 have a check

I something happened similar, and the problem was the power supply, I recommend check the adapter

i i havnt checked that as im getting a light on it still. But i guess i could!

and i still cant see anything near the power board that looks like a fuse

There isn't a fuse by the power board. Check the power lead.

i still have a light on the psu would this mean its ok or could there stiull be no power out of the end by the receiver

Then I'd send it back to your supplier. There are quite a few that have died like this.

No lights at all then i take it !

none of the cloud box at all been using my backup subed box with basic channels and my now tv box with movies......very sad now.........Not worth investing in a new one until/ if they sort HD channels again.

not sure if it could be something simple as nothing looks burnt out

Hard to say then mate you seem to have covered it all, and im not sure if or where they have any internal fuses.

if it was the security chip then you'd usually get a light on the front and nothing else.

Could be the internal power switch or the board gone. Send it back to supplier you should have a 12 months warranty
