I used to do a 9 hour nightshift and in the 3 years I was on shift, twice I had the extra hour to make it 10. Absolute fecking nightmare.
It was 7 nightshifts in a row we did, it was like wishing a week of your life away. How some folks manage permanent nights is beyond me.

I still maintain that there was no better feeling than getting home to bed on a shitty Monday morning after nights, and meeting all the miserable souls at the newsagents at 7.30am heading for work. :)

For those who have video recorders that set there time from the analogue ceefax signal, ceefax is still set to BST! So your recorder will be an hour off.

Not sure how this will affect things like Video+, PVRs etc...
