Chromecast Audio Static I.P. Setup

I have just bought a Google Chromecast Audio and a small Amp to stream music, I'm currently with BT using a Home Hub 5 Router set up with a Static I.P. so all my devices on the network, VU Solo, Popcorn Hour, iPhone, iPad and so on have a Static I.P. here's my question:
How do I assign a static I.P. to the Chromecast Audio, because currently it wont connect.

Hi, I posted a solution, but it seems the mods thought it was inappropriate and deleted it?
