make sure all your connections are in well and check the cable to the box on the wall also if you have any splitters in the line take them out and connect the cable straight to the wall socket

The only area I can expand on is perhaps checking whether your neighbour has just gotten cable. Occasionally it has been know to cause an issue with a prebiously normal feed and signal ratios.

Also, perhaps try a booster

Maybe a cable engineer resorted the tabs in the street box and you get now a weaker signal.
