Channels Order Mixed Up

Hi All

Just checked my box today find all my channel's have been mixed up, like channel number 1 is not bbc 1 anymore but filmfour, the channel description still shows up a bbc1....any one else encountered this problem or know how to get the correct order back. It was fine last nite its seems to have changed this morning, I'm in a ex-cw region

yeah common fault m8

go to your favorites and set them to default, then re-boot the box

that will sort it m8

the new cr3 software fixed my problems and the picture freezes
