Changing avi to vcd

just wondering if there is a simple program about which will change the AVI format to SVCD or VCD.
I've seen tons of programs but It does seem to be a long process to do a simple thing, in my view.
I've downloaded the great user guide from here and will follow that guide if I don't hear anythink.

Hi mate,

Try Cucusoft AVI converter, easy to use and if it's a big file it gives you the option to turn off PC when finished!
