bit gutted will be a big loss. thought they would get more than £7.8m for him better player than Boumsong was. but if money is spent making team stronger then all the better. think he'd have left sooner or later getting knocked out of europe just hurried his depature/

Madjid Bougherra looks not bad. one of Rangers better players on saturday can operate in central defence and in midfield needs a bit of time to settle in.
