anyone know anything about a cello 40inch android tv red light on but no picture not responsive to remote or standby switch

It's probably a Vestel chassis. Pop the back off & tell us the motherboard (& power supply board if applicable) part numbers (eg 17ipsnnn or the like), might be able to tell you more....
