I saw these series of adverts in a UK based catalogue and was intrigued at the possibility of streaming audio/video via Cat5 cable from my pc to my tv.............looks a lot cheaper than buying a Media Centre and one less box under the TV (guessing I just need to buy an addtional network card).

If anyone has any experience of these cables, can you let me know ?

I've highlighted the cables I was interested in.........at £25 each + NIC .....looks a bargain to me.

Mate they look quite good but the problem with them is that there amplifed with a wekk signa; and you need to cut up your coxal cable. I recon if ur want a system to transmit your european satelite box or tv or whateva your going to need is a Tv Tuner card nsv capture. That on your computer end. I advise you get a av entance for the video and sound plugs http://www.lightcomputers.com/brands/vstream.htm thats a good example and then get a video sender set http://www.4discountcameras.com/item/B00076QD26/ an example and u just put the scart socket behind the input for the sender and put the reciever in the tv tuner and it should transmit the picture and sound.

I don't advise if you have a wirless network because you can get some interference like i have.

Good look and i hope that helps you with another alternative.:)
