You need a tuber (cassava) depending on the quantity you want.Peel it and clean it with some fresh water. send it to the cornmil to grind it or you can choose to graze it with your hands using a grazer to turn it into a cassava dough. Pack it in a sugar sack and clamp it or place a heavy metal on top of the sack for the liquid inside the cassava dough to flow out. leave it for a day and the next day spread it on a flat dish and expose it on the sun or if you have any other means of drying it then place a saucepan on fire to start frying the dried cassava dough to make it edible. After that pound or grind it, and your cassava flour is ready to consume.
